Root provided consulting and design services for a large corporate customer for their new corporate headquarters and customer experience center. Root's was fully integrated into this customer's project as part of the collective design team to ensure all aspects of the integrated technology were seamlessly connected to their new spaces. The unique challenge presented to Root's team was the completion of the design occurred prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. As construction was well underway the clients' technology needs changes. Utilizing the benefit of the design-build approach Root was able to pivot the technology design to provide the customer a unified communications platform that they have become accustomed to using during the pandemic. Because of our approach, this change was done without impact to the project schedule, construction details and ultimately providing the customer with an ideal user experience. Root's Experience and Support team provided in-depth hands-on training and provides ongoing support through RootCloud our fully remote monitoring and support service platform.
