Connecting Satellite Campuses to Collaborate as one
Root Integrated Systems was engaged by a premier medical college to assist in the technology design for a new medical campus. Root served as the technology design partner in conjunction with the architecht and building construction management team. The customer presented a vision of the most advanced and connected facility within the medical education community. The vision pushed the limits of current technology standards and created a powerful collaboration environment not only within the physical classrooms space but also for students working virtually. Additionally, the integrated design process went beyond the new medical campus and incorporated several other geographic locations throughout the state. The technology design incorporated the virtual link between each campus providing one-of-a-kind experience to students and instructors to attend classes at any campus, at any time, and still have the same experience. Root's Engineering and Software Development team developed customized solutions to meet the customer's unique challenges. Root's Experience and Support team provided in-depth hands-on training and provides ongoing support through RootCloud our fully remote monitoring and support service platform.
